When can I access my storage unit?

You have access to your unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Are your facilities secure?

Yes. All of our units are secure and locked down daily. Our facility on Interstate Drive and Hwy 49 have security cameras monitoring the facility 24/7. Each facility is enclosed with a fence and we have a computerized gate at the front.

How do I use the kiosk at your Highway 49 facility?

Use our kiosk to rent your unit. Select the unit size you need and you’ll get your designated unit and monthly price, your lock, lease information and passcode for the gate. You’re able to make account changes and payments using the kiosk as well.

Am I able to pay my bill online?

Yes. Pay your storage bill right here on our website.

Do you offer drive-up accessible units?

We sure do. Our units are easy to move into. Just drive-up to your unit and get started from your vehicle.

What if I need to rent a truck?

If you ever need a truck, we have rentals available at our facility on Interstate Drive.

I can’t get into my unit, why not?

If you’re having trouble getting into the gate or your unit, there may be an issue with your account or a recent past due bill. Contact us to get it figured out.

How do I figure out what unit size is best to fit my belongings?
